Announcing a 2011 Holiday Fundraiser for the Pinellas Youth Symphony

The Board of Directors of the Pinellas Youth Symphony invites you to participate in a Holiday Fundraiser to help defray the costs of running the organization, which are not entirely covered by student fees. We have selected a classy fundraiser for which no post-sale visits are required. Here is some key information about the fundraiser, which will begin October 9th:
Prices include FedEx shipping direct to the recipient in decorative gift box packaging (in the 48 contiguous states).
The purchaser completes a triplicate shipping receipt and a gift card, and pays in full in advance (either cash or with a check made out to Pinellas Youth Symphony).
Students turn in money and two copies of each receipt at the PYS information desk on 10/16 or 10/23.
Gifts arrive during either week of 11/28-12/2 or 12/5-12/9 (depends on how soon the orders are received).
The wreaths are Minnesota Balsam Fir, and are 25” diameter, decorated as shown, and include a wreath hanger.
The Victorian Holiday Gift Wreath and the Holiday Gift Living Tree include 20-bulb light kits.
A tree is planted in honor of each gift recipient.
I personally have given Living Trees and Wintergreen Wreaths to my parents and grandfather in past years, so can know the quality of the products, and am looking forward to having PYS benefit from such holiday purchases this year. I hope you will find time to help make this fundraiser a success. All proceeds will go to the PYS general fund.
